Smoking: The Penny House Inn is a smoke-free inn. Smoking is allowed on the patio or private balconies.

Pets: The Penny House Inn cannot accommodate guest pets, but we would be more than happy to help guests make boarding arrangements, please inquire.

Children & Additonal Guests:
The inn is not appropriate for small children.
Children 8 and over are welcome. Most guestrooms only accommodate 2. Suites can accommodate up to 2 additional guests/children, while the Captain's Quarters can accommodate 1 additional guest or child. If you are travelling with older children, we suggest taking 2 rooms or a suite.
An additional charge of $30/nt for children 12 & under. Adults & Children 13 & over $50/nt. Please call the innkeeper for further details.

Reservations: Deposits are required to guarantee your room and rate. During the summer months and holiday weekends, we have a minimum stay. Please inquire.

Deposits: Reservations of 1 night will be charged in advance at time of reservation.
Reservations of 2 nights or longer will be charged 50%, with the balance due upon checkin.
All deposits are applied to the last nights of reservation.
Deposits can be made with a major credit card Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Amex or by check/money order. We also accept gift certificates from Bed and Breakfast.com, Select Registry, and the Cape Cod Chamber of Commerce, please call (1-800-554-1751) and make a reservation with us to use one of these certificates.

Cancellations: All cancellations are subject to a $25 cancellation fee. We have a 15 day cancellation policy.
If a reservation is cancelled 14 days or less prior to the start or end date of your reservation, your deposit will be forfeited. If the room can be re-rented for the time period of your reservation, a 1 night deposit will be kept and the remainder refunded.

Check-In: 2:00-6:00pm
(if you plan to arrive later-please call to make other arrangements with the innkeeper)

Check-Out: 11:00am
(at certain times later checkouts can be arranged at an additional charge-during July and August we will not be able to accommodate requests-please inquire when making telephone reservations)
