This Large colonial is located 3 lots behind the inn on a private dirt road on a half-acre lot. There are 3 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the 2nd floor (one of them an en-suite bath off the master bedroom with 2 person jacuzzi tub & separate shower) The 4th bedroom & 3rd bathroom (corner shower, toilet & vanity with single sink)is on the first floor. House has all beds made ready to be slept in with towels. On Wednesday there is a midweek light cleaning & changing of linens. For the House please call 774-722-4014 and leave a message for Rebecca. The house is available from Saturday to Saturday----$2800/week (maximum of 8 adults up to 12 total including babies & children) Off-season is after Labor Day Weekend $1500/week, $750 per weekend-Pets can be accommodated (maximum of 2 at $100/dog/week or weekend). Patio is off of Kitchen with outdoor furniture and propane BBQ. The house is also equipped with a washer & gas dryer (on the first floor)

1st Guest Bedroom Upstairs has a bottom double/top single bunk bed and 2 single twin beds (or can be a king we have a king mattress) this room sleeps up to 5 people
2nd Guest Bedroom Upstairs has a Queen bed and a double pull out couch (can sleep up to 3 people)
3rd Guest Bedroom Downstairs has a Queen bed and a day bed (can sleep up to 3 people)
Great room has a new sectional sofa Large screen TV with DVD & Expanded digital Cable
Centrally air-conditioned & heat, Comcast Wireless Internet.
Access to Penny House Outdoor Heated Pool from 10am-5pm (Memorial Weekend-Labor Day )
