When is breakfast served?

Breakfast is served between 8:30 - 9:30 A.M. The breakfast menu changes daily, each day and consists of fruit and/or yogurt and granola and a delicious entree. Additionally, we always offer juice and coffee plus a variety of teas.
DIETARY RESTRICTIONS: Please notify the innkeepers upon making your reservation if you have any dietary restrictions or allergies. We are happy to accommodate gluten-free vegetarian or Vegan diets with alternative breakfast items provided we are given advanced notice. When is check in and check out?
Check in is after 4:00 P.M. and Check out is by 11:00 A.M. If you need additional time, please advise us and we will try to accommodate you as best as we can. Please be advised there is an additional charge of $35.00 for a late check out. Is smoking permitted?
The Penny House has a strict non-smoking policy. PLEASE DO NOT SMOKE INSIDE THE INN! A $150.00 professional cleaning fee will be charged should you smoke in your room. Do you offer refreshments?
Tea is served each afternoon from 3:00 - 5:00 with baked goods and variety of different teas and coffee for you to enjoy.

The Penny House is a small, boutique inn and last minute cancellations greatly impact us. Reservations cancelled greater than fourteen days prior to arrival will be subject to a $25 administrative fee. If you cancel within fourteen days of your arrival, you will be responsible for the full amount due. All cancellations must be submitted in writing (email is accepted). Do you have fireplaces or jacuzzi tubs?
Several of our rooms are appointed with fireplaces, and two person spa tubs. Do you have air conditioning?
Yes, all rooms have air conditioning.
Do you have a pool onsite?
We have a heated saltwater pool available to guests from 10:00 A.M. to 9:00 P.M.
Do you serve dinner?
We offer dinner to our guests in the winter for an additional fee. Do you offer any workshops or retreats?
We have an art studio and gallery and offer art workshops January through September. We also offer a cooking school, a writing retreat, and spa workshops. Please see our workshop page

Please call the Inn directly as this is determined on a case by case basis. What is your housekeeping policy?
To ensure that your room is always clean, comfortable and welcoming, we enter rooms daily to re-fresh the bathrooms, empty the trash and make the bed. Your room will be refreshed between 10-2. We respect our guests privacy and provide a do not disturb sign in each room; please hang this on your door if you do not wish to have your room refreshed. As part of our commitment to the environment, we proactively take steps to lessen the impact on the environment and only change your bed linen and towels at your request. May we burn candles?
Due to insurance restrictions, candles are not permitted. Do you provide bathrobes?
We provide two Robeworks Bathrobes for the length of your stay. If you love our bathrobes, you can purchase them for $130.00 each. Do you allow pets?
We love animals, and understand pets are part of the family; Limited pet-friendly rooms are available with a pet deposit and veterinary records. Please call the inn for details and availability.
Do you have an iron available?
There is an iron and ironing board in each guest room. Do you have a television in each room?

Yes, every room in The Penny House Inn has it's own bathroom and shower. Do you have refrigerators in the rooms?
