Rooms & Rates
All Rooms & Suites have Private Bathrooms, Pillowtop mattresses, AC, Phone, TV with DVD player, WI-FI, Beach Towels, Pool Towels, Afternoon Refreshments & Full Breakfast each morning
Queen Rooms
Rates: $185(October-May) & $235/nt (Memorial Weekend-Columbus weekend) (double occupancy)
These 3 Rooms all have Queen size beds, private ensuite bathrooms with either a tub/shower or a shower, are on the ground floor, have TV/VCR/DVD, individual AC units, heat (some have their own thermostats), phone, WIFI, and have access to a common area refrigerator located in the sunroom. There is no smoking or pets allowed in these rooms. For more information on these rooms click here.
Deluxe Queen Rooms (all are on the 2nd floor)
Rates: $215/nt (October-May) & $265/nt (Memorial Weekend-Columbus Weekend) (double occupancy)These 3 rooms are larger than the Queen rooms and all have an expanded amenity either a fireplace or balcony. All of these rooms have individual AC units, own thermostats for heat, private ensuite bathrooms with either a tub/shower or large shower, TV/VCR/DVD, mini-fridge and coffeemaker, phone and WIFI. No pets or smoking is allowed in these rooms (however Penny Serenade has a balcony on which people can smoke)
King Rooms & Suites
Rates: $265-$325/nt (October-May) & $350-$425/nt(Memorial Weekend-Columbus Weekend) (some can hold up to 4-cannot accommodate 2 couples)
These 6 rooms and suites are larger than the deluxe queen rooms and all have king size beds, private en-suite new bathrooms with showers, in-room 2 person jacuzzi tubs, fireplaces (not available during summer months), individual thermostats, individual AC units (suites have 1 for the bedroom and 1 for the sitting room), TV/VCR/DVD (suites have 2). There are 6 units total (3 suites and 3 rooms). 3 of them have balconies, 2 have outside entrances (1 of them with a patio). Suites were designed for either a couple and 2 children (we welcome children aged 8 and over) or a ladies weekend getaway or 2 people wanting separate beds.
